HospEquip is a privately owned company that is rapidly expanding in the healthcare sector and is a leading supplier of healthcare equipment into the Community, Aged Care, Hospital and NDIS Markets in Australia

Due to our continued expansion we are looking for a customer focused administration person to provide high quality service and sales support.

This is a full time role based in our South Australian office located in Forestville

You will be responsible for:

• Reception
• Assisting customers with advice and information via telephone , emails and in the showroom ensuring all sales enquiries are processed in an accurate and professional manner
• Supporting the sales team with processing orders, preparing quotes and advising on product availability
• Following up customer queries from start to finish and resolving any problems that may arise
• Following up with customers in a timely manner and as directed
• Creating and processing purchase orders from suppliers

The successful candidate must display the following qualities:

• Exceptional customer support skills, including clear and concise interpersonal skills, a friendly manner and willingness to help
• Must have good computer Literacy skills
• Accurate data entry
• Outstanding organisational and administration skills
• Ability to manage numerous tasks and customers at once
• Ability to pick up new processes and information diligently
• Strong problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality
• Previous experience in retail, sales and administration roles particularly in a related industry, will be advantageous
