Overview

About the role:

  • Allocating bookings via phone and email from our “A-List” clients, such as corporations, stadiums, events, restaurants, clubs, and hotels, just to name a few
  • Dynamic environment, dealing with clients, staff and feedback.
  • Oversee and delegate jobs to our fabulous casuals team
  • Full training and induction into the Alseasons internal software and company culture
  • A corporate but fun environment, with munchies and casual wear on Fridays to start off the weekend
  • On call Saturdays 9 am – 12noon working remotely once a month

About you: Skills & Experience: 

  • Preferable to have an understanding of the Hospitality industry and/or customer service and/or rostering
  • 5-star customer service skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Attention to detail in processing orders – accuracy is very important
  • Keen to learn and grow within the role
