YouthXP cannot guarantee the validity and availability of any job advertisements posted on this website.

YouthXP does not guarantee or endorse the sites, services, Advertisers or Candidates that register on the YouthXP website and the content they provide. We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website which maybe link via our Job Application process. The confidentiality of the username and password that a registered user is required to provide is your own to maintain and you are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account if you breach the confidentiality of your account details.

Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of YouthXP, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, YouthXP shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

YouthXP reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You hereby grant YouthXP a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorise others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are live and publicly available, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions which will be available at each event. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is YouthXP (ABN 86 651 712 382) of Shop 6/360 Kingsway Caringbah NSW 2229 (Promoter).
3. The competition will be drawn within 48 hours after each event. Applicants will be eligible after a successful registration as a candidate / employee at this website URL or via the manual sign up form at the stand. 
4. Entry is open to event participants and registered applicants of Australia aged between 15 - 24 only at any Expo where the competition is widely promoted. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. 
5. Promotion commences on the opening day of the event, and closes on the final day of the event . There will be three (3) winners and they will be notified by phone and must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Reallocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.
6. YouthXP reserves the right to share entry data with the prize promoter and any exhibitors at the same stand location during the event.
7. To enter, entrants must go to youthxp.com.au during the open period and register successfully as a candidate / employee. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid. Alternatively you can register via the manual sign up form at the promoters stand. 
8. The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Transport to and from an event and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
10. All competition entrants must reside Australia. Winners entering from outside of Australia will be disqualified.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
12. All information collected by the promoter throughout the competition becomes the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
14. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
15. Prizes can only be sent to addresses in Australia and any prizes are only valid in Australia.
16. Winners will be notified within 48 hours after the completion of the corresponding expo.
17. Prizes will be delivered within 7 days after the completion of the corresponding expo.
18. If we are unable to contact a competition winner, the prize will be held for 14 days after first contact. Several attempts will be made to contact the competition winner by phone and email if applicable. After this period, proceeds will be retained.
19. The prizes are ‘not transferrable’ under any circumstances.
20. These Terms & Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
21. Candidates that register after the completion of the event will not be accepted in the competition.
