Summary

We are looking for a Junior Admin Support team member to join our Baulkham Hills branch in NSW for Allcott Hire!

Overview

Applicants should be able to perform a wide variety of duties in the day-to-day running of a fast paced, busy office. The successful candidate will work alongside the team, performing a variety of administrative duties, with development opportunities available. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with accounts receivables

  • Data entry

  • General admin support

  • General office duties

  • Answering phone calls

  • Database maintenance

  • Running errands

About You:

  • Previous office administration experience is preferred, but not required. 

  • You have a friendly personality and a positive attitude.

  • You have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • You have great communication skills and a professional phone manner.

  • You are efficient, reliable and punctual.

  • You are able to multitask in a busy environment.

  • You are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
