Summary

Your mission is to keep the train on the tracks at our Sydney HQ by creating a great office environment and supporting our finance team.

You have strong multi-tasking skills, a hospitality mindset,  some financial literacy and attention to detail. 

This is a casual position (approximately 16hrs/week). 

 

Overview

Propeller is on a mission to take the guesswork out of moving dirt - reducing wasted fuel, time and money.

We do this through the power of maps. Our customers capture an accurate 3D version of their worksite with drones so they can understand and improve it. Your Mission:

Your mission is to keep the train on the tracks at our Sydney HQ by creating a great office environment and supporting our finance team.

You have strong multi-tasking skills, a hospitality mindset,  some financial literacy and attention to detail. 

This is a casual position (approximately 16hrs/week). 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create a welcoming environment for our team and external guests

  • Ensure the office is in good condition, arranging necessary repairs

  • Bookkeeping tasks including  paying bills and employee reimbursements

  • Order office supplies and ensure work stations and AV are set up 

  • Assist in ordering of all team lunches and event catering

  • Direct day-to-day shipping and receiving activities.

  • Other duties as necessary to ensure day-to-day office efficiency

 

Skills:  

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize

  • Highly motivated, self-starting approach 

  • A hospitality focus. You strive to create a welcoming environment and bring the energy.

  • Attention to detail
