About The Role

Come and join the YouthXP team in our Sydney office! The role of our Social Media Content Creator, is for someone with an enthusiastic personality, ready to step in front of the camera and become one of our social media personalities across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok! If you’re passionate about social media marketing and representing today’s youth, this is the perfect role for you! Our Sydney office has a versatile studio set up, with high-quality photography and videography equipment, dedicated to filming new content, created by you!

As well as being in front of the camera, the role will involve being behind the scenes, creating new and exciting social media strategies and campaigns, while keeping up to date with the ever-changing trends across social media platforms. 

You will collaborate closely with an enthusiastic team when developing these new strategies and campaigns to broaden our reach.

Key Responsibilities

• To be in front of the camera to connect with the YouthXP audience and drive engagement. 
• Represent the YouthXP brand by creating and executing social media content across various platforms.
• Create and write relevant content for social media posts.
• Develop and execute social media strategies for our brand.
• Work in collaboration with our Head of Communications and the Social Media Team.
• Analyse and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends across various social media platforms.

About You

• Highly enthusiastic and willing to be in front of a camera. 
• Flexible and well organised.
• Ability to learn lines and scripted content in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to improvise and present “casual” video content. 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms.
• Skilled with social media content creation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with our team and align social media strategies with overall brand goals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas through simple and effective messages.
