The role:

This role is a casual  or permanent part-time position.

Snooze Prospect is seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience. 

In this role, we are looking for a you to work 2 to 3 days during the week and 2 to 3  weekends. Retail hours will vary and will include public holidays where required.  Position includes a very healthy commission structure 

 What you'll be doing:

• Working harmoniously in a small happy team
• Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations
• Building relationships with our customers
• Driving sales by delivering exceptional customer service

 Skills and experience:

• Retail experience is not essential as full training is provided  
• You know how to demonstrate exceptionally high standards of customer service 
• Confident and professional communication skills are a must
• Computer knowledge is beneficial (experience with Pronto an advantage) 
• The desire to achieve sales targets and KPI's
